Cambourne is to located just off the A428 which stretches between Cambridge and St Neots, and the A1198, which runs from Huntingdon to Royston. From Cambourne the A428 trunk road provides a direct link to the M11 motorway just six miles to the east, which runs south to London, the M25 and Stansted Airport: Nine miles to the west of Cambourne the A428 links with the A1 giving easy access to Peterborough and the North.

The Business Park is linked to the housing areas of Cambourne and the High Street by a series of cycleways and footpaths which give direct and safe access for residents who wish to cycle or walk to work. All buildings have covered cycle parking facilities and Showers and changing rooms to further encourage employees to walk or cycle.

The Business' Park's Bicycle User Group has been established to help promote cycling and to encourage and support people who wish to cycle to work. We can offer advice on the best cycle routes to Cambourne, we can also arrange for a regular cyclist to accompany you while you learn the way.

By Bus

The Citi 4 Bus Service runs every 20 minutes throughout the day from Emmanuel Street in Cambridge to Cambourne.

In the morning and evening peak hours, buses stop on the Business Park. At all other times buses stop on Broad Street and Cambourne Road.

The Journey from Emmanuel Street to the Business Park takes 36 minutes. In the morning buses leave Emmanuel Street at

The Stagecoach 'megarider' ticket gives unlimited travel all over Cambridge, as far north as Histon and as far south as Trumpington and includes Cambourne. Buy it from the driver of the first Stagecoach bus you board. 7 days travel will cost £10 and 4 weeks travel will only cost £40. Day rider tickets are also available and cost £2.80.

Stagecoach Service 18 runs from Cambridge to St Neots via Cambourne and provides a bus service to Comberton, Toft, Barton, Gamlingay and Bourn. The service runs once an hour. To download a copy of the timetable, click here.

By Train

There is a frequent rail service between London and Cambridge and between London and St Neots. Both services use Kings Cross station and the journey time is around 45 minutes.From St Neots passengers can also access the East Coast Mainline service to Scotland and the northeast via Peterborough. St Neots station is only 15 minutes from the Business Park.

By Air

The rapidly expanding airport at Stansted is 34 miles away accessible via the M11 and can be reached in half an hour. Cambourne’s location on the west side of Cambridge also opens up easy access to Heathrow airport. The journey time to Heathrow is circa 1hr 25 minutes by car or 1hr 45 minutes by train. Cambridge Airport, offering regional air services, is just 10 miles away and Bourn Airfield, adjacent to Cambourne itself, has facilities for executive aircraft.
