All of the buildings comprising each phase are based
on one of two basic designs, either a 24m or a 31.5m
overall floorplate depth. The 24m module is designed
for occupiers of 20-30k sq ft and the 31.5m module for
larger requirements. Below are examples of typical floor
layout.
