established in 1984 through the involvement in projects
for Clients such as Development Securities, John Lewis
Partnership, Cannons Health & Fitness and Smith
& Nephew. A high level of Client satisfaction is
achieved by the Practice, evidenced by the fact that
much of the work undertaken by the Practice is repeat
business arising from long-term Client relationships.
Supported by a highly qualified and close knit team
of designers, Silcock Dawson & Partners have succeeded

Acambis @ Cambridge - New 30,000 sq.ft. Biotechnology
development facility over two floors.
Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Cambridge - ‘Fast
Track’ design and installation of a 30,000 sq.ft.
“Portacabin” temporary Laboratory facility.
Amedis Pharmaceuticals Ltd. - Fit-out design
of an existing building to house a 20 fume cupboard
Chemistry Laboratory, associated Biology Laboratory,
NMR, Wash-up facilities and Office/Write-Up accommodation.
Cambridge Antibody Technology - Conversion of
an existing manufacturing facility utilised into Biochemistry
Laboratories, complete with associated Write-Up and
Administration accommodation.
RiboTargets - 20,000 sq.ft. laboratory facility
situated in Cambridge.
Oxford Glycosciences - new hi-tech combined use
laboratory building, housing both chemistry and biology
laboratory accommodation, in a 60,000 sq.ft. building
