The launch of Phase 2... we are giving a magnum of champagne...

Development Securities PLC and Wrenbridge Land Limited yesterday celebrated the launch of the second phase of Cambourne Business Park, their 750,000 sq ft development near Cambridge, with a reception on site for over 100 guests from the local and national property industry. The reception, which was regarded by many as the best launch event yet, was featured on the BBC evening news.
