At Cambourne Business Park the developers, Development Securities plc & Wrenbridge Land, take Green Travel issues very seriously. As part of its Green Travel Plan there is a requirement to encourage companies and their employees at the Park to leave their cars at home and travel to work by alternative means of transport.
So it will come as no surprise to hear that one of their own has bought a house within walking distance of the Business Park. Nick Sutton, a member of FPDSavills' commercial agency team in Cambridge and the local letting agents at the Park, has just moved into a new property within the emerging market town of Cambourne.
“I have to say that the fact that I could be on the Business Park within minutes was not the only reason why I bought a house in Cambourne!” said Nick adding: “However it will be very convenient when I'm required to attend early morning meetings or late afternoon presentations.”
Nick will join those who have taken the live-work ethos to heart and not only work on the Business Park but live in Cambourne.
