New letting in 2030

20 Jul 2006

Development Securities PLC, Wrenbridge Land Limited and Morley Fund Management announced today that Global Graphics Software has signed an agreement to let 14,500 sq ft of prime office space at Cambourne Business Park, Cambridge, on the second floor of Building 2030.

Global Graphics will relocate their offices to the brand new Building 2030 on a 10-year lease. Global Graphics is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Global Graphics SA, a leading software provider of high-performance printing, publishing and document technologies.

Julian Cobourne, Morley Fund Management, commented:
“We are delighted to welcome Global Graphics to the park and I am pleased that they have chosen the new and exciting location of Cambourne and the business park as the home for their growing business.”

Simon Hesketh, Development Securities PLC, added:
“Global Graphics’ arrival means that only 30,000 sq ft remains available to let in Building 2030, either to a single occupier, or to smaller occupiers seeking top quality space in a high profile building, all in a parkside setting with a genuine community feel.”
