Cambourne Business Park has launched its first photographic competition with some high quality prizes on offer. The park hopes these will encourage local amateur photographers to train their viewfinders on the park’s award-winning built environment. The top prize for the over-16s is a Canon EOS 350D digital SLR camera worth more than £500 and the winner of the under 16’s category will receive a Nikon Coolpix 4800 digital camera worth £249. Runners up in both categories will also receive Nikon Coolpix digital cameras.

The most recent good news has been the start on site of the scheme to upgrade the A428 to a dual carriageway for a 4.8 mile stretch from Hardwick to Caxton Common, plus a major junction at Hardwick to relieve congestion and improve safety.
