Wrenbridge are one of the most active property
development companies in the Midlands, Northern Home
Counties and East Anglia specialising in all forms of
commercial property developments.
Wrenbridge has completed over 7.5 million sq ft of office
space and industrial/warehouse accommodation. It has
a further 3.5 million sq ft of accommodation under construction
or in the planning process.
Wrenbridge is a multi-disciplined organisation with
its own in-house design and project management teams

Wrenbridge are aptly named after the famous bridge spanning
the River Cam, in Cambridge, built by Sir Christopher

Ray Palmer, their Chairman is also our Chairman. PCP

programme of over 9 million sq ft having a capital value
of £1.5 billion plus.
