South Cambridgeshire District Councul moved into their new 60,000 sq ft Headquarters facility at Cambourne Business Park at the beginning of May 2004.
Their building was constructed to an excellent BREAM rating and in particular features a "mixed-mode" cooling system which is recognised as one of the most eco-friendly building designs currently available. Other environmentally friendly features include a rainwater harvesting system and low energy lighting.
Around 350 staff work in this award winning building which also contains a council chamber for meetings of the district council.

The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust
The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust is the only NHS organisation providing direct health care services across the entire eastern region – last year it provided care to nearly two million patients.
